Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the school's senior management team.
2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to achieve school goals.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting academic excellence and student well-being.
4. Ensure effective communication with staff, parents, and students to maintain a strong partnership.
5. Oversee the school's budget, finance, and human resources functions.
6. Develop and manage the school's academic calendar, extracurricular activities, and events.
7. Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to improve school performance.
8. Collaborate with the school's Board of Directors to set and achieve strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- A B.Ed or PGCE degree from a recognized institution, or a Bachelor's degree with a teaching license.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior leadership or administrative role in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
