3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust your teaching strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
4. Develop and implement innovative Hindi language and literature curricula that cater to the interests and abilities of your students.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver interdisciplinary projects that integrate Hindi with other subjects.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their learning journey.
7. Contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives that promote Hindi language and culture, both within and beyond the classroom.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field (M.A. or M.Sc)
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- NET or SET qualified (preferably in Hindi)
- Experience in teaching Hindi in a school setting (minimum 2 years)
- Familiarity with the State Board of Andhra Pradesh curriculum
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and child-centered learning
