Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi (MA or M.A. Hindi) with a specialization in Teaching or Education.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree required for teaching positions.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching Hindi at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
