Role Introduction
Aroma English School | Bahri is looking for an NTT Hindi Teacher to join its Barpeta, Assam campus. The position is full‑time and focuses on delivering Hindi language instruction to school students.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and multimedia resources to support classroom learning.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments and oral examinations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records for each Hindi class.
- Conduct remedial sessions for learners who need additional support in Hindi.
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address concerns.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi with other subjects and school activities.
- Organize cultural and literary events such as Hindi debates, recitations and essay competitions.
- Ensure classroom discipline and a safe learning environment.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons.
- Contribute to school development programs and extracurricular initiatives.
- Follow the school’s policies and procedures regarding attendance, grading and reporting.
Qualification, Experience, Salary, Location
The candidate must be a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification; TET/CTET is preferred. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level is required. The remuneration ranges from Rs.10,000 to Rs.170,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The posting is for the Barpeta location in Assam.
