Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in mobile computing, including mobile networks, mobile operating systems, and mobile applications.
2. Conduct research in mobile computing, with a focus on innovative applications and technologies.
3. Publish research papers in top-tier journals and conferences.
4. Supervise Ph.D. students in mobile computing.
5. Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research projects.
6. Participate in departmental and university-level administrative tasks.
7. Engage in outreach activities, such as industry collaborations and community engagement.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and research institutions.
9. Stay updated with the latest developments in mobile computing and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Required Qualifications
1. A Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or a related field is mandatory.
2. A postdoctoral research experience is preferred.
3. A UGC-NET qualification with JRF is required for Assistant Professor positions, but not necessarily for Associate Professor.
4. A strong publication record in top-tier journals and conferences.
5. Excellent teaching and research skills.
