PRT Art And Craft Teacher Job in Tinsukia, Assam
Pranabananda Vidya Mandir in Tinsukia, Assam is looking for a dedicated PRT Art And Craft teacher to enrich our students’ creative skills and cultural appreciation. The role requires a full‑time commitment to delivering engaging art and craft lessons that foster imagination and practical skills.
Responsibilities
1. Design and conduct Art And Craft lessons for students in the prescribed age groups.
2. Prepare teaching materials, craft kits, and visual aids that align with the curriculum.
3. Assess student progress through projects, portfolios, and regular feedback.
4. Integrate local cultural themes and traditional art forms into lesson plans.
5. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, ensuring proper use of tools and supplies.
6. Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan interdisciplinary activities and school events.
7. Encourage student participation in exhibitions, competitions, and community art projects.
8. Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and student development reports.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should hold a graduate degree and possess a minimum of three years of teaching experience in Art And Craft. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required; TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to inspire creativity and manage classroom dynamics is essential.
Salary and Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.11,000 to Rs.18,000 and is based in Tinsukia, Assam.
