Student Assessment
- Prepare and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations, maintaining fairness and transparency in evaluation.
- Identify learning gaps and recommend individualized support plans for students requiring additional assistance.
Parent Communication
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Offer guidance to parents on how to support their children’s English studies at home.
Department Coordination
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to align teaching strategies across the English department.
- Contribute to curriculum development meetings, sharing insights on emerging trends in English education.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in English or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years teaching experience at the secondary level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary
- Competitive remuneration of Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
