Role Summary
Aurangabad, Bihar based general school seeks a skilled and organized Clerk for its administration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to the school leadership, managing day-to-day administrative tasks and handling various clerical duties.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Maintaining accurate records and databases for the school.
2. Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
3. Managing school supplies and inventory.
4. Coordinating events and meetings.
5. Preparing reports and presentations.
6. Maintaining confidentiality and data security.
7. Providing administrative support to the school administration.
8. Performing other related duties as assigned by the school administration.
9. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed is not required for this Clerk role, however having the same would be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Good to Have:
- MBA or M.A. in Education Administration
- NET or SET (for future career growth)
- Experience in educational administration or a similar field
Preferred Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Hindi, English, and local dialects)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
