Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and conduct daily Hindi sessions for nursery and kindergarten classes using activity-based methods.
2. Teach Hindi rhymes, stories, and simple conversations to improve listening and speaking skills.
3. Organise circle time, storytelling, and role-play activities to make Hindi engaging and fun.
4. Prepare teaching aids like flashcards, picture charts, and phonics materials for classroom use.
5. Assess students through playful observation and simple worksheets to track progress.
6. Collaborate with other NTT teachers to align Hindi learning with overall early childhood development.
7. Communicate regularly with parents to share children’s progress in Hindi learning.
Eligibility
Graduation in any discipline with D.El.Ed or B.Ed is required. Candidates with prior experience in early childhood education or Hindi teaching will be preferred. Familiarity with child-friendly teaching methods and classroom management is essential. Knowledge of local language and culture will be an added advantage.
