Your Students

Your task will be to create a learning environment that caters to the needs of all students, making sure that every child feels valued and empowered to learn.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging Evs lessons to students of different learning levels, using a range of teaching strategies to cater to diverse needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, critical thinking, and creativity.
- Use a variety of resources, including textbooks, multimedia, and real-life experiences, to make Evs learning fun and relevant.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students with varying abilities, learning styles, and languages.
- Foster a growth mindset in students, encouraging them to take risks, learn from failures, and persist in the face of challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, share best practices, and provide mutual support.
- Communicate regularly with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, and seeking their input and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, using this data to inform teaching practices and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Evs education, incorporating new ideas, methods, and technologies into your teaching practice.
- Contribute to the development of school policies, procedures, and programs related to Evs education, ensuring that they are inclusive, equitable, and effective.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Geography, Environmental Science).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- TET or CTET qualification is preferred, but not mandatory.
