Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons to students, aligning with the State Board of Bihar curriculum
- Develop and implement creative teaching methods to engage students and promote learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics curriculum and assessments
- Conduct extracurricular activities and projects that promote Mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and any issues that may arise
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of Mathematics education in the school
- Develop and implement Mathematics teaching materials and resources that cater to different learning styles
- Encourage students to participate in Mathematics competitions and events
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must have a strong academic background in Mathematics, with a graduate degree and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. You should also have a valid CTET certificate and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
