- Use a range of teaching methods, including experiments, demonstrations, and group discussions, to facilitate conceptual understanding.
- Support students in developing skills in scientific inquiry, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity in the classroom, encouraging students to ask questions and explore ideas.
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about student progress and involve them in their child's education.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives to improve Science education.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Science (M.Sc.) or a related field, along with a B.Ed. degree. You should also have a valid CTET or TET certification, although this is not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for inclusive pedagogy, patience, and effective communication skills. You should be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to the changing needs of the students and the school.
Salary and Benefits
