PGT Political Science Teacher Job in Begusarai, Bihar | School Recruitment
Role
PGT level Political Science teacher responsible for designing curriculum, delivering lectures, and assessing student performance in classes IX to XII at Aastha Gurukul Academy. Full‑time position based in Begusarai, Bihar.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging lessons aligned with state syllabus. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools. Evaluate student progress through tests, projects, and class participation. Mentor students for higher studies in political science and related fields. Coordinate with department head for curriculum updates and school events. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or related discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching role. TET/CTET preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at school level. Ability to use modern teaching aids and technology.
Experience
At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse learner needs and improve academic outcomes.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.45,000 to Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
