Special Educator Job in Begusarai, Bihar | School Vacancy
Aastha Gurukul Academy in Begusarai seeks a dedicated Special Educator to lead inclusive education initiatives. The role focuses on program design, policy implementation, and coordination with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Design and oversee inclusive education frameworks that align with state guidelines.
2. Lead staff training on special needs strategies and monitor compliance.
3. Coordinate with parents, therapists, and community partners to support student progress.
4. Manage resource allocation, including adaptive materials and assistive technology.
5. Conduct regular audits of inclusion practices and report findings to senior management.
6. Facilitate data‑driven decision making for program enhancement.
7. Represent the school at district and state level meetings on special education matters.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Education or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory, with TET/CTET preferred. Minimum three years of experience in a similar leadership or administrative capacity within a school setting.
Salary
Rs.20,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
