Role Summary
The Cambridge School, located in the heart of Darbhanga Sadar, Darbhanga, Bihar, is seeking a motivated and experienced PGT Accountancy Teacher to join our faculty and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. As a PGT Accountancy Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a challenging and engaging learning environment for our students.
Classroom Profile
You will be teaching Accountancy to Class XI and XII students at The Cambridge School. Our students are bright, curious, and eager to learn, and we are looking for a teacher who can inspire and motivate them to achieve their full potential. You will be working with a team of dedicated and experienced teachers who are committed to providing high-quality education to our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Accountancy to Class XI and XII students.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to the needs of all learners.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their understanding of Accountancy concepts.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, and to facilitate student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote academic achievement and student well-being.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote the school's values and mission.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce or a related field (M.Com, MA, MBA, etc.).
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for teaching positions.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills in Accountancy.
- Experience in teaching Class XI and XII students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Familiarity with technology and its application in teaching and learning.
