Grade assignments and exams promptly, returning feedback within a week.
Organize monthly book-reading drives in the school library for senior students.
Collaborate with the art and music teams to stage English plays and recitals.
Attend department meetings every fortnight to align teaching strategies.
Mentor students appearing for board exams, focusing on common mistakes.
Engage parents during PTMs, explaining progress without jargon.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in English from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed with minimum 55% aggregate.
Three years of classroom experience at the senior secondary level.
TET/CTET certificate preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Benefits
Rs.30,000 to Rs.55,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
