Job Description
PRT Hindi Teacher – Core Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons for primary classes in accordance with the school curriculum, ensuring concepts are age‑appropriate and engaging. Assess student progress through classwork, quizzes and oral tests, providing feedback to students and parents. Maintain classroom discipline, attendance records and daily lesson logs as per school policies.
PRT Hindi Teacher – Additional Responsibilities
Participate in school events, cultural programs and Hindi language competitions organized by Birla Open Minds International School. Assist senior staff in preparing teaching aids and contribute to periodic curriculum review meetings. Support extra‑curricular activities that promote Hindi literature and language appreciation.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET examinations.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the primary level.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.18,000 – Rs.32,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
