Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Science lessons to students from 1st to 5th standard
- Utilize technology, such as smart boards and Google Classroom, to create interactive and engaging lessons
- Design and implement worksheets, demonstrations, and storytelling to facilitate student learning
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes student participation and engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents through email, phone calls, and parent-teacher meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Science curriculum and activities
- Use digital tools to track student progress and assess their understanding of Science concepts
- Participate in school-wide Science fairs and competitions to encourage student participation and creativity
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and secure classroom environment
- Stay updated on Science curriculum and teaching methods to ensure student learning outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Science or related field (B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Ed.)
- B.Ed. degree or Diploma in Education (D.El.Ed.)
- Post-graduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) or Master's degree in Science Education
- CTET or TET certification is not required for this role
