The teacher will act as a role model, promoting a respectful and inclusive classroom culture. This includes adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and providing individualized support when necessary. Regular participation in professional development workshops and staying updated on best practices in English instruction will be expected.
Qualification and experience
Candidates must hold a graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, with a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a similar role. While TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, a strong background in English teaching and a proven record of classroom effectiveness are required.
Salary and location
