Core Duties
Teaching Physics to students in Class 11 and 12, ensuring alignment with CBSE syllabus and exam patterns.
Designing and conducting engaging classroom lessons, including demonstrations and interactive activities.
Assisting in preparing students for board examinations, particularly in Physics, through focused revision and problem-solving practice.
Collaborating with the science faculty to develop interdisciplinary projects that bridge physics with other subjects.
Maintaining detailed records of student progress, attendance, and academic performance to support their growth.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Physics or a related field.
Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, especially in Physics.
Possession of TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong command over the subject, including theoretical concepts and practical applications, is essential.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 45,000. The role is based in Katihar, Bihar, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic academic environment at Colonels Academy.
