3. Organize hands-on activities such as coding games, puzzles, and offline robotics to make learning interactive.
4. Assess student progress through regular class tests, quizzes, and project-based evaluations.
5. Prepare students for inter-school Computer Science fairs and competitions.
6. Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, encouraging learning environment.
7. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Computer Science across subjects like math and EVS.
8. Keep updated records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance.
9. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a school
- Proficiency in basic Computer Science concepts and tools suitable for primary level
- Fluency in Hindi and English
Good to Have
- TET or CTET certification
- Prior experience teaching Computer Science at the primary level
- Familiarity with visual programming tools like Scratch or Blockly
- Exposure to school-level curriculum development in Computer Science
