About This Role
Garvi Grant Global School is looking for a skilled PRT Science Teacher to join our team in Surajgarha, Lakhisarai, Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Science education and excellent teaching skills.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to students of Garvi Grant Global School.
- Develop and implement curricula that align with state and national education standards.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school events.
- Communicate with parents about student progress and performance.
- Conduct extracurricular Science activities like science fairs and competitions.
- Prepare reports and records of student progress as required.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university or institute.
- CTET or TET certification is an added advantage.
Good to Have
- Experience in teaching Science to students in grades 6-10.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching standards of the Bihar Education Board.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
