Key Responsibilities
Plan daily Social Science lessons that blend NCERT themes with local landmarks like the Surajgarha Fort ruins.
Conduct interactive sessions using maps, timelines, and simple experiments to explain monsoons and dynasties.
Grade notebooks and projects with clear, encouraging feedback that parents can see during PTMs.
Organize monthly heritage walks in Surajgarha and Lakhisarai to make history tangible for young learners.
Collaborate with the PRT team to align Social Science content with school-wide reading and art initiatives.
Prepare students for intra-school quizzes that test knowledge of Bihar’s geography and freedom struggle.
Attend weekly grade-level meetings to adjust pacing and share resource links from DIKSHA.
Maintain classroom displays that showcase student work on topics like river systems and local heroes.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary Social Science.
Preference for candidates familiar with Bihar’s school curriculum and local context.
What You Get
A monthly salary between Rs.15,000 and Rs.35,000 based on qualifications and experience.
