- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics lesson plans for classes 9-12
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

- Engage with parents to keep them informed about student progress and involve them in Mathematics learning
- Participate in school events, such as Math Olympiads and competitions, to promote Mathematics Education
- Develop and maintain a Mathematics resource room with relevant teaching materials and technology
- Plan and conduct extra-curricular activities, such as Math clubs and competitions, to promote Mathematics learning outside the classroom
- Participate in school-based research and development projects to improve Mathematics teaching and learning
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree and have a strong background in Mathematics, preferably with a post-graduate degree. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. from Kumar Progressive School Lakhisarai or a similar institution would be an added advantage.
