Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct weekly Physics lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for classes VI to VIII.
Prepare practical demonstrations using low-cost materials suitable for rural classrooms.
Grade assignments, projects, and exams with timely feedback for students.
Organize monthly quiz sessions to reinforce Physics concepts among learners.
Collaborate with subject teachers to plan inter-house Physics competitions.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure safety during lab activities.
Submit attendance records and lesson plans to the school coordinator every Friday.
Attend monthly staff meetings to discuss academic progress and challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 50% marks.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
One year of teaching experience in a school environment.
Good to Have
TET or CTET certification.
Experience in teaching Physics in a rural school setting.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools like Smart Boards.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to simplify complex Physics topics for middle school students.
Patience and adaptability to work in a rural school environment.
Perks and Pay
Monthly salary in the range of Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 based on experience.
