Shri Ram International School in Madhepura is looking for an enthusiastic TGT Social Science Teacher to join its dynamic team. This role involves teaching students across Class 9 to 12, focusing on subjects like history, geography, political science, and economics. The curriculum here blends traditional Indian knowledge with global perspectives, preparing students for both academic and real-world challenges.
Your day-to-day work will include lesson planning, classroom instruction, and engaging students with interactive lessons. You’ll also assist in organizing field trips, workshops, and cultural events related to social studies. Since Madhepura has a rich cultural heritage, you’ll have opportunities to connect lessons with local history and traditions.
To qualify, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a graduate degree in Social Science or a related field. While TET/CTET is preferred, it’s not mandatory for this position. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in social science, will be an asset. Your ability to explain complex concepts simply and encourage critical thinking will be key to shaping young minds.
