You will develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with NCERT guidelines, ensuring conceptual clarity and practical application. Hands-on experience with lab experiments—including safety protocols—is essential, as you’ll supervise demonstrations and student projects. Curriculum development for advanced topics like chemical reactions, periodicity, and environmental chemistry will be part of your responsibilities.
Assessment will focus on both theoretical understanding and experimental skills, using standardized tests, project evaluations, and periodic lab assessments. Your ability to bridge theory and practice will be critical, especially in engaging students with real-world applications of chemistry.
For this role, a postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the secondary level is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly beneficial.
