8. Maintain academic records and assessment reports for each class.
9. Participate in departmental meetings and school academic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Political Science with minimum 55% marks.
B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience in Political Science at senior secondary level.
Experience with CBSE board exam preparation and paper-setting.
Familiarity with classroom technology and digital teaching tools.
Good to Have
M.Ed or NET/SET qualified.
Experience in residential school environment.
Knowledge of local Hindi medium teaching practices.
Training in student-centered learning approaches.
Participation in academic seminars or workshops.
