Introduce age-appropriate math labs and manipulatives to make abstract ideas concrete. Coordinate with senior leadership on curriculum mapping and resource allocation. Monitor student progress through simple formative assessments and adjust instruction accordingly. Maintain teaching diaries and share monthly reports with the Principal. Represent the Mathematics department in inter-school academic forums across Bihar.
What you bring
Graduation in Mathematics or Education with B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognised university. Minimum two years of classroom experience in primary Mathematics teaching. Fluency in Hindi and English; familiarity with local Madhubani school culture is an asset.
