About This Role
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced TGT Sanskrit Teacher to join Vivek International Residential School in Madhepur, Madhubani, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Sanskrit and excellent teaching skills to deliver engaging lessons to students.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver lesson plans for Sanskrit classes to students from 6th to 10th standard.
- Prepare and conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student performance in Sanskrit.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student performance in Sanskrit.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and deliver integrated lessons and projects.
- Conduct regular tests and exams to assess student progress in Sanskrit.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance in Sanskrit.
- Participate in school activities and events to promote Sanskrit language and culture.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and performance in Sanskrit.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Sanskrit language and literature.
Required Qualifications
Must Have
- Master's degree in Sanskrit (M.A.) or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- CTET or TET certification (not required, but preferred)
- 3 years of experience in teaching Sanskrit to students from 6th to 10th standard
Good to Have
- NET or SET certification in Sanskrit
- M.Ed degree
- Experience in teaching Sanskrit in a residential school setting
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Sanskrit language and literature
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups
- Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation
Salary and Benefits
