* Engage with students, parents, and peers to promote a positive learning environment
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to curriculum development
* Attend and contribute to departmental meetings
* Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
* Mark and provide constructive feedback on student work
* Engage in community outreach and participate in extracurricular activities
