RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION FOR NTT HINDI SHIKSHAK
ROLE SUMMARY
Our esteemed Vidhyalaya is seeking a dedicated and culturally rooted NTT Hindi Teacher to lead the Balvatika section. The primary objective is to introduce young learners to the beauty of the Hindi language through foundational literacy and oral skills. This role is ideal for an educator who possesses a deep love for the Bhasha and a commitment to early childhood development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate must hold a Snatak degree (Graduate) from a recognized University. A valid Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of previous teaching experience in a formal Shala environment is required. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualification is not required for this specific recruitment.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
The selected Adhyapak is expected to maintain rigorous standards in Shikshan Karya. Responsibilities include the timely completion of the Pathyakram and the preparation of creative lesson plans that cater to the needs of small children. Regular assessment of the students' linguistic progress and active participation in Vidhyalaya meetings are essential. The candidate must uphold the values and Sanskar of the Sansthan at all times.
