- Foster a collaborative learning environment, encouraging student participation and interaction.
- Communicate regularly with parents through regular updates, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Engage with the local community through Science exhibitions, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum-aligned materials.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and student-centered classroom environment.
- Utilize technology to enhance Science learning and engagement.
- Participate in teacher training and professional development programs to stay updated on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in Science.
- TET/CTET certification is not required, but desirable.
- NET/SET certification is a plus.
- M.Sc or M.A. in Science or related field is an added advantage.
- 2 years of experience in teaching Science to primary grades.
