At Nawada Public School in Nawada, we are looking for an experienced NTT Evs Teacher to lead environmental education initiatives for students. This role focuses on integrating practical, hands-on learning about nature, sustainability, and eco-conscious habits into the school curriculum. The primary responsibilities include designing and implementing engaging EVS (Environmental Studies) lessons that align with school syllabi while encouraging real-world application. The teacher will also collaborate with other faculty members to ensure EVS themes are woven into interdisciplinary activities, such as science experiments or social studies projects.
Subject-specific duties include preparing lesson plans that emphasize experiential learning, such as gardening projects, waste management workshops, and energy-saving campaigns. The teacher must also assess students’ understanding through practical evaluations, like observing their participation in eco-drives or documenting their observations in nature journals. Keeping students motivated through interactive discussions and hands-on experiments is key to making EVS both educational and enjoyable.
