PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Nawada, Bihar | School Recruitment
Nawada Public School in Nawada, Bihar is looking for a PRT Mathematics Teacher to join its faculty on a full‑time basis. The role involves delivering mathematics lessons to primary classes and supporting the overall learning environment.
Teaching
Deliver the prescribed mathematics curriculum to primary students in an engaging and age‑appropriate manner. Use interactive methods, visual aids and real‑life examples to build conceptual understanding. Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active participation.
Planning
Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and worksheets aligned with the school syllabus. Coordinate with senior staff to integrate cross‑subject activities where applicable. Update instructional materials regularly based on student needs.
Assessment
Design and administer formative and summative assessments to gauge student progress. Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of grades and attendance. Identify learning gaps and suggest remedial actions.
Student Support
Offer additional help to students who require extra attention, either through after‑school tutoring or individualized guidance. Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s performance and areas for improvement.
Coordination / Administration
Participate in staff meetings, parent‑teacher conferences and school events. Contribute to the preparation of reports and maintain documentation as required by the school administration.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference given to candidates holding TET/CTET certification.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary mathematics.
Salary
Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month
