Dps Global School

I’ve been sending my kids to Delhi Public School Global Digha for the past six years, and when friends ask why we chose it, I always start with the fact that it’s a Bihar Board‑affiliated school right here in Patna, on the Digha road. From Playgroup all the way up to Class 10 the school follows a curriculum that leans heavily on activity‑based learning, so the kids aren’t just memorising facts; they’re actually doing experiments, projects and group work that make the subjects click. The classrooms feel more like labs or studios than the usual lecture halls, and you can see the difference when the children come home excited to talk about what they built or discovered that day.

The teachers are a big part of why families keep coming back. Most of them have been through the Delhi Public School network elsewhere, so they bring a mix of solid training and real classroom experience. The school is pretty selective when it hires – they look for people who can manage a lively class, use visual aids and hands‑on activities, and who are willing to stay after school to help a child who’s struggling. I’ve met a few of them at parent‑teacher meetings, and they all seem genuinely interested in the kids, not just in hitting the next exam target.

What makes us trust the school is the consistency. The administration is transparent – they post updates on the official DPS Global Digha site, so you always know about holidays, exam dates or any changes in the timetable. The results have been steady, and more importantly, the children develop confidence in solving problems on their own. When my daughter moved from Playgroup to Class 5, she went from being shy about speaking in front of the class to leading a small science fair project, and that growth feels like the school’s doing something right.

In the end, it’s not just about grades. It’s about seeing your child come home with stories of a new experiment, a math puzzle they solved with friends, or a piece of art they’re proud of. That everyday enthusiasm, backed by teachers who actually care and a system that keeps parents in the loop, is why so many families in Patna choose DPS Global School and keep coming back year after year.
