What You Will Do
* Teach Hindi language and literature to students from Class 6 to Class 12
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
* Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student performance and progress
* Participate in school events and activities that promote community involvement
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and programs
* Maintain accurate records and attendance of students
* Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and developments in Hindi education
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you must have a post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field, and a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. You should also have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a general school in Patna, Bihar. Knowledge of the State Board of Bihar curriculum is essential.
