Student assessment and progress monitoring
Design formative and summative assessments, maintain accurate records of student performance, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
Curriculum enrichment
Integrate project‑based learning, debates, and community outreach activities to enhance students’ understanding of social issues.
Classroom management
Create a disciplined, inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and respects diverse viewpoints.
Professional development
Stay updated on contemporary teaching methods, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to curriculum development initiatives.
Collaboration and communication
Work closely with fellow teachers to coordinate interdisciplinary projects and share best practices.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET or CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science. Strong communication skills and a passion for student growth are essential.
