- Postgraduate degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology or related field)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. with a degree in Psychology
- 4 years of teaching experience in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Familiarity with the education system in India
