Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Chemistry to classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating a range of teaching methods and resources
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and set targets for improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations to illustrate chemical concepts
- Develop and maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment
- Monitor student attendance and maintain accurate records
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents as needed
- Stay updated with the latest developments in chemistry and incorporate them into your teaching
Required Qualifications
Post-Graduation in Chemistry with B.Ed/D.El.Ed. from a recognized university
CTET/TET certification (though not mandatory, it is highly preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Chemistry in a school setting
