4. Conduct remedial sessions for students needing extra support.
5. Organize field trips to rivers, landforms, or regional geography sites around Siwan.
6. Maintain teaching notes and resource files for each class.
7. Use maps, charts, and GIS tools to explain physical and human Geography concepts.
8. Participate in PTMs and parent counselling when required.
9. Contribute to the annual Geography exhibition or quiz at Bps School.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Geography with minimum 55% marks.
- B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time Geography teaching in Classes 9-12.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; ability to teach bilingually.
- Willingness to work in Siwan and reside locally.
Good to Have
- CTET or Bihar TET qualification.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines for secondary classes.
