Role Introduction

Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide immediate feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Record attendance and submit daily reports to the head of department.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary projects and assessments.
- Participate in faculty meetings to discuss student performance and instructional strategies.
- Update teaching materials and resources to reflect current educational standards.
- Attend professional development sessions to enhance pedagogical skills.
Periodic Responsibilities
- Conduct mid‑term and final assessments, grading student work with fairness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with parents during parent‑teacher conferences to discuss student growth.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s annual academic calendar and event planning.
Qualification and Experience
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong command of the English language and instructional techniques.
Salary and Location
The position offers a competitive salary range of Rs.10,000 – Rs.17,000 per month. The role is based in Supaul, Bihar, at S.n.s Global Seminary.
