Qualifications
Hold a postgraduate degree in Science with a specialization in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per the guidelines for teaching positions in schools. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Ensure familiarity with the latest educational policies and teaching methodologies to adapt effectively to the school’s academic environment.
Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level, preferably in a science stream. Experience working with diverse student backgrounds is a plus. Ability to manage classroom interactions, maintain discipline, and create an inclusive learning atmosphere is essential for this role.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.24,000 to Rs.40,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The TGT Science Teacher will be based in Hazipur, Vaishali, Bihar, reporting to the school’s administrative office for all academic and professional duties.
