Requirements
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a relevant graduate degree in science, social sciences, or a related field. Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in Environmental Studies or related subjects. Strong subject knowledge in ecology, geography, and sustainable practices. Ability to work effectively in a rural school environment, with a focus on practical, experiential learning. Familiarity with local environmental challenges in Bastar is a plus. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.18,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role includes a full-time position with benefits such as a modest allowance for field activities and participation in school-organized events.
