Aadharshila Vidya Mandir in Bilaspur is looking for a Sports Teacher to lead and manage its athletic programs. The role focuses on administration, event coordination, and student wellness initiatives across the campus.
1. Plan and oversee all sports activities, ensuring compliance with school policies and safety standards.
2. Coordinate inter-school tournaments, manage logistics, and liaise with external sports bodies.
3. Develop and implement fitness and health programs for students and staff.
4. Maintain sports equipment inventory, arrange maintenance, and manage procurement budgets.
5. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
6. Prepare reports on sports performance, budget usage, and program outcomes for the school board.
Qualified candidates should hold a graduate degree and possess at least two years of experience in sports management or related fields. A background in organizational leadership and familiarity with school sports regulations is preferred.
Salary ranges from Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
