TGT Science Teacher – Aadharshila Vidya Mandir, Bilaspur
Aadharshila Vidya Mandir in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh is looking for a full‑time TGT Science Teacher. The role involves delivering the Science curriculum to middle‑school students and contributing to the overall academic environment of the school.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Science lessons for classes VIII and IX, following the CBSE/State syllabus. Prepare teaching aids, experiments, and practical demonstrations that make complex concepts understandable. Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere. Encourage curiosity by organising science fairs, projects and extracurricular activities. Keep accurate records of attendance, grades and progress reports as per school norms.
Collaborate with senior staff to develop interdisciplinary units and participate in faculty meetings, professional development programmes and parent‑teacher interactions. Support the school’s aim of nurturing critical thinking and problem‑solving skills among students.
Requirements
Post‑graduate degree in Science (M.Sc, M.A. etc.) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum two years of teaching experience at the secondary level. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET, though it is not mandatory. Strong command of English and Hindi, good communication skills and ability to manage a diverse classroom.
