Classroom Profile

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with CBSE guidelines.
- Conduct formative assessments to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Develop and utilize a range of teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Maintain a well-organized and student-friendly classroom environment.
- Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and empathy in the classroom.
- Stay updated with developments in English language and literature to ensure pedagogically sound practices.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs to enhance teaching and learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching English language and literature at the primary level.
- Strong subject matter expertise, pedagogical knowledge, and communication skills.
