Your Students
As a PGT Chemistry Teacher at Delhi Public School, you will be working with students from diverse learning levels, including students with special needs. Our inclusive classroom environment in Durg is designed to provide equal opportunities for all learners, and we encourage our teachers to adopt differentiated instruction methods to support students with varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Chemistry curriculum for students in Class XI and XII
- Conduct classes, prepare lesson plans, and assess student progress regularly
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement academic plans and programs
- Conduct Board-oriented preparation and practical subject expertise to enhance student learning outcomes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students on career choices and academic performance improvement
- Participate in department-level responsibilities and academic coordination to support school goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on student progress

Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized university
- NET/SET qualified in Chemistry or other related subjects
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages
- Familiarity with the curriculum and syllabus of CBSE or ICSE boards
