How You Will Teach
You will teach Physics using concept mapping, problem-solving sessions, and hands-on lab experiments aligned with CBSE syllabus requirements. Demonstrate real-world applications of physics concepts through demonstrations, projects, and interactive simulations. Incorporate digital tools like PhET simulations and Vernier interfaces to strengthen conceptual understanding among students.
Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct daily Physics lectures for senior secondary classes with focus on numerical problem-solving and derivations. Organize weekly lab sessions ensuring proper setup of apparatus and adherence to safety protocols. Plan and execute term-wise test schedules including unit tests, pre-board exams, and revision cycles. Mentor students for Olympiads and engineering entrance exams like JEE Main through weekend doubt-clearing sessions. Maintain updated teaching resources including lab manuals, question banks, and digital content for Physics. Collaborate with the Science department to align experiments with theory taught in classrooms. Communicate progress reports to parents during PTMs with clear academic feedback. Support academic planning by contributing to Physics curriculum mapping for Classes XI and XII.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. B.Ed degree in Science or Physics specialization is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with M.Sc in Physics or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
Strong conceptual clarity in Mechanics, Optics, Thermodynamics, and Modern Physics. Experience in using digital teaching aids like smart boards, simulation software, and online assessment tools. Ability to guide students in competitive exam preparation and project-based learning activities.
Salary and Benefits
