About This Role

- Board results: Analyze and improve student performance in Social Science board exams.
- Lesson planning: Prepare and deliver engaging Social Science lessons, incorporating innovative teaching methods and technology.
- Classroom management: Create and maintain a productive and inclusive learning environment.
- Resource development: Develop and maintain resources, including textbooks, worksheets, and digital materials, to support Social Science teaching.
- Parent communication: Communicate with parents about student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Department coordination: Collaborate with other department heads to ensure integrated and cohesive academic programs.
- Teacher training: Organize and deliver in-service training for teachers on Social Science teaching methods and best practices.
- Assessment and evaluation: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student learning and progress in Social Science.
- Report card preparation: Prepare and submit report cards for Social Science subjects.
- Subject expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and research in Social Science and apply this knowledge in teaching and curriculum development.
Who Can Apply

- A post-graduate degree in Social Science or a related field (M.A. or M.Sc.).
- A B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role at a reputable school.
